Collaborations

Collaboration is an essential part in how we work at Connected Perinatal Support. We truly believe that working in collaboration and learning from each other is how we will all be able to make a real difference to supporting families in the perinatal period.

We are very lucky to be supported by our wonderful Business Advisory Group who volunteer their time and skills to help us to develop our service with a focus on providing a safe and sustainable peer support service for Derby. Read below to find out more about each of our Business Advisory Group members and the unique skills they generously contribute to Connected.

Robin Pepper
Knowledge Exchange Manager - University of Derby

I have over 35 years’ experience in a Business Development role, spent primarily in the Healthcare sector. Originally from the Print Media industry, I have spent the last couple of decades within Higher Education; principally in the subject area(s) of Health, Psychology & Social Care, working with curriculum developers, researchers and service providers to support innovation and improvement.

I have worked with Connected Perinatal Support since 2021 as a member of their Business Advisory Steering Group. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the team at Connected, their enthusiasm and commitment in everything they do is completely infectious. Being able to contribute in some way, to the incredible service and support they provide to the community, through their dedicated team of peer support volunteers; this has been one of the most rewarding collaborations I have had the pleasure of working with in recent years.
