My experience on placement with Connected was incredible from start to finish. Despite my ten years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector Connected taught me so much, and provided me with some experiences that I would never have gained otherwise. Working alongside specialist midwives, health visitors, peer supporters, volunteers, and social workers (to name a few) provided me with such a thorough range of experiences and viewpoints which I will take forward with me in my future career to aim to be a thorough and considered practitioner.
Shelley, Emma and the team are all such an inspirational group. Their professionalism, dedication and warmth really shine through, and positively impact all the individuals they support and work with, to create a highly supportive and motivating place to work. It is wonderful to see how their organisation is progressing from strength to strength and I hope that I can continue to work alongside them for many years to come.
